  • Sciatica / SI-joint problems anyone?

... I know I had something brilliant to say, but then Rock 'n' Roll Baby (so dubbed because he has a Rock 'n' Roll Daddy, complete with double bass) woke up crying and coughing, and whizzzzzzz... brain empty. Does that happen to you? I betya it does...

    *sigh*

It's good to read all these stories about moms on the go, but where are the moms who, like me, were left partially handicapped due to the birth of their child(en) and/or pregnancy? Sciatica? SI-joint problems, anyone? My son is almost 14 months old now, and I'm still in pain every day... and I NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO! Someone who knows what it's like...

    Thanks.

check back to the comments on the EC post from me.  :)  I added a comment at the end...

Also, even with daycare, maybe you could do something like what we do, which is part-time cloth. Because I am in school part-time and have babysitting three days a week, we have the same issue.  At first I tried showing them how to do it... but it didn't happen.  So he does diposables with them, and when I am home, he does cloth.  I figure, every little bit saves money, AND it helps him to be at least used to the toilet so I don't have to reintroduce him to it when he's 2 or 3 and ready to make the major switch to undies and such.

Whatever choice you make, good luck!
